  •  AxcelMaid provide very professional & customized services according to individual requirements of all clients.
  • AxcelMaid help clients source for part-time legal helpers (local or PRs) for all houses and offices. We cater long, short-term, ad-hoc or spring cleaning visits to suit all our clients' needs. We have a pool of regular, experienced, honest and reliable maids. Unlike other agencies, we take extra effort to check with all our clients for maids' performance or areas to improve and we also do counseling if necessary. We stressed on good harmonious relationships between all our clients and the maids. Same maid will be serving the particular client consistently if he/she is happy with her except unforeseen circumstances where the maid is unwell or overseas, then a temporary maid will be replaced (Free on our side).
    　
  • Employers do not have to bear any medical fees for the maids in case of any injury sustained during working in their premises because they are part-timers who don't live-in. Neither meal or insurance need to be provided.
  • In order to save time and cost for all clients, they need to prioritize their jobs according to importance e.g. Cleaning of rooms, toilets, kitchens, all windows, changing bed sheets, cleaning cupboard & drawers, etc. Ironing should be limited to 12 - 15 pcs if too much house works are assigned within the 4 hours per visit because any OT will be charge accordingly. Hand mopping and hand laundry are not encouraged except laundry drying.
    　
  • Employers are reminded to lock up all their valuables like jewelleries, antiques and important documents especially when they intend to leave the keys to the maids to prevent any unnecessary temptation, loss or damages.
    　
  • Clients are reminded not to negotiate any price or give new job directly to our regular helpers without our knowledge as we have signed contract with them. Your co-operation is very much appreciated.
    　
  • Clients can be assured of very minimal "no show up" if our regular helpers have committed their date and time because we could understand the inconvenience and frustrations that the client will face.
  • Please check the name of the cleaner whether is authorized by company for your security reason. Please notify us if you find any different name given by the cleaners.
